We understand the fragility of your components, which is why we reserve compressed pressurized air for the sturdier parts like your case panels, opting for a more controlled approach on sensitive elements.
But we don't stop at dust. We go the extra mile with a thorough degreasing and cleaning process, carefully wiping down all components with a 70% isopropyl alcohol solution. This is vital for removing stubborn grease, oils, and other clinging contaminants, especially crucial for PCs that have been exposed to smoke, cooking fumes, or other airborne pollutants that can silently hinder performance.
Your fans, the unsung heroes of airflow, will be meticulously cleaned to banish dust buildup and ensure they're spinning freely and efficiently. Even your CPU heat sink receives a deep cleanse, carefully washed with soapy water and then rinsed with rubbing alcohol to remove any lingering grime. Speaking of the CPU, we treat it with the utmost precision, gently cleaning away every last trace of old thermal paste from the IHS and its surroundings before applying a fresh, premium layer to guarantee optimal heat transfer and keep your processor running cool and happy.
Of course, the exterior matters too! Your PC case will receive a thorough air dusting to look its best. For those cases that have seen a bit more life and bear the marks of heavily soiled or stained surfaces, we offer a more intensive deep cleaning, including a soapy water wash and careful blow-drying, for a small additional fee. And while we don't dismantle your GPU's delicate heatsink during a standard clean, we will meticulously air dust and wipe down its exterior to remove any accumulated dust and debris. For a complete GPU overhaul, including disassembly, repasting, and replacement of thermal pads and putty, be sure to ask about our comprehensive GPU Maintenance package for an extra $200.
Finally, we'll carefully reassemble your PC, ensuring every component is securely connected and in its rightful place. As a finishing touch, we'll perform basic cable management to improve airflow within your case and tidy up the aesthetics (if it wasn't already looking sharp!). And naturally, after this meticulous cleaning process, we'll perform a boot status test to confirm that your PC powers up and is functioning flawlessly.
Our standard cleaning, dusting, and CPU repasting service starts at $90, with an hourly rate of $45 applying after the initial four hours of meticulous work, up to a maximum of eight hours. Keep in mind that a full GPU teardown or a heavily soiled PC might require a more significant time investment, potentially taking a full day to complete effectively. Any applicable hourly charges will be clearly calculated and added to your final invoice upon completion.

We'll carefully adjust and fine-tune these fundamental settings for rock-solid stability and optimal efficiency, configuring boot priorities to get you up and running faster and optimizing power settings to strike the perfect balance between performance and energy conservation. Next, we ensure your system is running on the latest and greatest with comprehensive Software & System Updates. We'll install the most recent Windows updates to fortify your security and enhance system stability, update your crucial device drivers (from your chipset and GPU to your network adapters), and even check for and install necessary firmware updates to keep everything running in harmony.
In today's digital landscape, security is paramount. That's why our tune-up includes a thorough Malware & Security Scan, diligently searching for and eradicating any potential threats lurking within your system. We'll also meticulously remove bloatware and other unwanted programs that silently drain your resources and slow you down. For ongoing peace of mind, we can even optionally install Malwarebytes, a trusted guardian for your digital well-being. We then tackle the often-clogged arteries of your PC with Storage & Disk Cleanup. We'll expertly free up valuable space by sweeping away temporary files, clearing system caches, and eliminating junk data. Our standard Computer Tune-Up is priced at a competitive $50, with an hourly rate of $35 applying after the initial two hours of dedicated optimization. We find that most systems benefit greatly within this standard timeframe, but for older or more neglected PCs that inherently require more intensive work, additional time may be necessary. Should our scan uncover any viruses or malware, we'll promptly inform you and, for an additional $30 (charged separately with your approval), we'll include comprehensive virus removal as part of the service.
