  • Detailed Custom Build Policy: Our policy for custom PC builds is now more transparent, detailing how component pricing is based on market value (not MSRP), the upfront payment requirement for parts, and a breakdown of our build fees, including options for budget and themed builds.

  • Comprehensive Warranty Information: We've clearly separated component manufacturer warranties from our 4-year diagnostic and repair warranty on DragonStone-built PCs, outlining what's covered and what's excluded.

  • Transparent Pricing for Services: Our pricing structure for various services like basic and advanced diagnostics, hourly repairs, standard and DragonStone PC maintenance, GPU repasting, tune-ups, virus removal, software installation, and data transfer is now detailed with clear price ranges and any applicable hourly rates or additional fees.

  • Data Recovery Service Clarity: We've provided a clear explanation of our data recovery assessment process, the types of data we can typically recover, limitations, pricing guidelines, and your responsibility for providing storage media.

  • Refined Returns and Refunds Policy: Our policy on final sales for custom builds and services is stated clearly, along with the process for addressing component issues through manufacturer warranties and the limited exceptions for refunds.

  • Precise Service Timeframe and Delivery Information: You'll find clearer estimates for build times (including custom water cooling) and detailed information about our local delivery service within a 50-mile radius of Greenville, including fees and setup options.

  • Emphasis on Data Responsibility and Privacy: We've reinforced your responsibility for data backups and our commitment to handling your data with confidentiality, except where legally required.

  • New Media Consent Option: We've introduced a clear opt-in/opt-out option for recording service sessions for educational or promotional purposes, ensuring your preferences are respected.

  • Clear Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: The agreement specifies that it is governed by Ohio law and outlines a process for amicable dispute resolution in Darke County, Ohio, if necessary.

  • Client Acknowledgment: A new section requires your signature to confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
